Job Summary

What’s the job?

In this role, your main objective is to increase the profitability of CertainTeed Insulation Products sold thru the HVAC and Technical channel. This position reports to the Sr. Director of Business Development and will work closely with the regional sales managers, product management, and R&D on implementation of short-term tactical objectives. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing long term strategic objectives to grow sales and profit in the channel. You will manage and negotiate agreements and contracts with national and large regional accounts and have pricing authority on day-to-day decisions within the channel.


Required Qualifications

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Seven to ten years of sales and/or marketing experience in building materials
  • Ten years of sales management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 75% via company leased vehicle and air.
