Territory Sales Manager for the Southeastern US States is a key position in the development of our business and serves as the primary interface with our valued customers. Responsibility for advancing sales, nurturing dealer relationships, fostering project development, launching new products, and enhancing our market share. Entrusted with driving the business development and implementation of Saint-Gobain Solar Gard's Window Films Strategy within the Solar Gard® brand, both directly and indirectly.
The central focus of this position is to cultivate and expand the territory, as well as increase individual dealer users' sales volume and revenue. Success in this role demands a solid grasp of technical sales, adept problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in window film and PPF installation. The key to triumph lies in adopting a methodical and trusted advisor approach, which is pivotal in aligning with Saint-Gobain Solar Gard's overarching objectives and the specific sales targets outlined for the territory.
Successful Candidate Profile:

Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $79,500 to $123,400 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 30% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $103,350 to $160,420. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
