The Business Systems Analyst participates on project teams with business users and other IT staff to collect, clarify, and translate business requirements into conceptual design and documentation of business solutions and system applications.  The Business Systems Analyst will be an active thought partner and solution visionary who shapes the ERP Systems, specifically Saint-Gobain’s financial systems applications, QAD.

The person in this role will be primarily focused on data analysis and development of reporting dashboards displaying up to date, accurate key operational metrics and KPIs. In addition, this individual will be tasked with establishing a PowerBI user community across ENC to bring users together to share best practices and learnings, as well as to centralize the request and development of common data sets from our enterprise systems.


Required Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or Finance/Accounting
  • 3 years of experience working with QAD with emphasis in finance/accounting functions

Additional Description

PREFERRED:

  • One year of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience working in Finance/Accounting
  • Experience in development of reports and dashboards using a BI platform such as QAD Action Center
