Job Summary

“This Job Matters” - What’s the job?

  • This role is accountable for leading the quality lab technicians and quality specialists in attaining quality standards and goals while maintaining a safe work environment. 
  • This position is mainly a day shift position but will occasionally need to work flexible hours in order to support all shifts of production and quality. 
  • The position is accountable for scheduling the appropriate staff, monitoring quality performance and standards, as well as mentor and lead a staff of ten (10) people including managing their time and attendance through Kronos time keeping system.
  • The position will perform some administrative tasks using the Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. 
  • This position will require a good understanding of quality and manufacturing concepts, such as OEE, KOI, policy adherence, continuous improvement and root cause analysis.

Required Qualifications

“Your Skills Matter” - What do you bring?

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or
  • Five (5) years’ experience working in a quality leadership role in a manufacturing environment.
  • ISO 9001 Auditor Certification preferred
  • ASQ Certification preferred.  (CQE,CQT,CQA)
  • Knowledge and proven experience with people management, motivation and good communication skills.


  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office User
  • Dedicated team player with good leadership skills in order to build a team.
  • Proven ability to lead and direct a team, provide direction to successfully deliver yearly objectives for themselves and direct reports
