Director of Training and Sales Operation for EPS will play a critical role in the current and future sales resources for the EPS team.  Primary function will be to develop and implement sales training curriculum and learning path for our existing team and oversee the hiring and training of the Sales Representative position working in conjunction with the Manager of Sales Training.  This person will also oversee the Mobile training team that supports Contractor training and support.  In addition the Director of T&D will lead the Sales Operations team to insure we are creating and implementing effectives sales processes as it pertains to Salesforce CRM,  Qlikview sales reporting and other important sales functions.  This position will also oversee the processing of our sales incentive plan through Callidus.   The Director of training role will work closely with the VP of Sales and other sales leadership within EPS and also coordinate with Product Management and Marketing functions within both business units we represent.

What do you bring?


  • Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent training which will provide a working knowledge pricing policies and strategies. Master’s Degree a plus, although not required.
  • Minimum 10-15 years of industry experience with 5 years minimum of management experience
  • Detail oriented and deadline sensitive.
  • Prior pre-fab experience required
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales across multiple product lines
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills and the ability multi-task and work on several projects at a time.
  • Communication skills, including online meeting management.
  • Requires adaptability and methodical/analytical problem solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
