This position is responsible for the sale(s) of all Tape Solutions product portfolio including, Bonding, Gasketing, Cushioning, Insulating and Protection to target market segments in the key industrialized manufacturing pockets in the NA Market. Products sold will include, but may not be limited to high performance PVC, Acrylics and PUR foams, Silicone Rubber products, thermal management materials, and viscos-elastic sound dampening and sound isolation products. Also, would include Tapes made from PTFE, Polyester, Polyimide, Silicone and Fiberglass.

This individual will be responsible for developing new relationships by using prospecting skills and resources provided.  This individual will need to identify key OEM’s, Tier Suppliers and Sub-Contractors in Automotive, Transportation, Habitat, Appliance, Aerospace, Electronics and Industrial Markets.  This individual will need to be able to develop strong relationships with key contacts such as engineering, production and purchasing managers.  In addition, they will need to be able to support current distribution and converter channels by planning and making joint calls with those company Sales Representatives. 

The position will be the primary internal technical and sales support for the Outside Sales Team and Converter/Distribution Channels with a focus of developing new prospects across North America to support growth objectives.  This will require excellent communication and follow-up skills.  

Required Qualifications


  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field required

Work Experience:

  • 1-3 years' experience technical application understanding required
  • 1-3 years' experience customer interfacing and development preferred
  • Position requires excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills 
  • The ability to interface across functions and ability to lead sales team activity is required
  • The successful applicant will be a self-started with the ability to work autonomously at times
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software is preferred
