Regional Projects Sales Manager

Position Description

Job Summary

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, marketing, business or similar discipline, or five (5) years of equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 10 years’ of applied professional experience in the pull through sales of commercial building products, managing of senior customer relationships, sales presentations, job site calls, and closing of sales.
  • Experience selling services or consultative solutions.
  • Leading and building high performing commercial sales teams.
  • Knowledge of commercial construction practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build quality relationships through networking at a senior/ownership level.
  • Good interpersonal, negotiating and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills with good written and oral communication.
  • Results driven, flexible, open-minded and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
