What’s the Job?
The Customer Experience Associate will drive and support customer loyalty creation across all CertainTeed businesses. This person will be responsible for generating and following up on sales leads. The position will implement and execute a strategy for creating and fostering relationships with customers and gaining a competitive advantage in the market. The Customer Experience Associate will involve collecting customer satisfaction feedback and proactively work on promoting business. This position is intended to be flexible in hours and can be full time or part time status.
