This position is responsible for the full range of Key Account management activities associated with servicing primary automotive and auto tier 2 suppliers. A thorough understanding of commodity management and value analysis is a must for this territory. The incumbent would work closely with specialty distributors to provide value added and cost savings reports to ensure market share growth. This territory has a very dominate automotive and steel customer base. This is a SEU territory.
Interested candidates should have a proven sales record managing large accounts. Strong technical aptitude in Bonded, Coated & Superabrasives, as well as organizational skills is required. The incumbent should have an undergraduate degree in business or an engineering discipline. This position requires a self-starter, highly motivated individual who works well with others and with minimal supervision. Five years or more of abrasive experience and value added technical skills in all abrasive applications are necessary attributes for success managing this territory. Proficiency in Microsoft office, web applications, contact management and other forms of data analysis is necessary.
