Customer Relations Coordinator

Position Description

Job Summary

Are you a customer-focused individual with the desire to be a customer advocate, a collaborative team member and have a passion to support sales, marketing and business development managers?  If so, we invite you to learn more about Saint-Gobain and the work we do at our Portage, WI manufacturing facility.

As a member of our Customer Service team, you will be the main point of contact for customers, focusing on both internal and external services and communication to customers and departments.  Key functions of the role include processing and confirming purchasing orders, processing customer complaints/returns/credits, as well as communicate and liaise with our customers, BDMs, Supply Chain, Quality, Shipping, Engineering, Finance and Plant Management.  You will also arrange customer visits, monitor on-going projects and support our Sales Managers.


Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.  At least 3 years experience working with customers required, 5+ years preferred.  At least 3 years experience working in a manufacturing site is preferred.

We are looking for a strong team player with excellent verbal and communication skills, someone proficient in Microsoft Office products, and a collaborator to support our business and colleagues.
